Learn more about us at worcester.edu/about .</p> <p>Job Description: OFFICIAL TITLE: Associate Director of Admissions / CRM Administrator SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Dean of Enrollment & Director of Admissions SUPERVISION EXERCISED: May supervise professional, clerical and/or part-time student personnel assigned to the admissions area</p> <p>General Statement of Duties: The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for oversight of the Customer Relations Management (CRM) software. The incumbent will have an impactful role in the design/development of marketing materials and social media strategy. Additionally, they will assist with recruiting events and provide counsel to prospective students.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>(E) = Essential</p> <p>(E) Oversees the daily activities of the Admissions Customer Relations Management (CRM) software for undergraduate and graduate admissions. (E) Provides undergraduate and graduate staff with training and support for the Admissions CRM. (E) Implement new features and update existing ones, to maximize the effectiveness of the CRM and provide recommendations for improvement, consistent with best practices. (E) Ensure data integration among the CRM (TargetX), Student Information System (Ellucian Colleague) and other tools operate effectively. (E) Oversees the execution of a comprehensive admissions communication plan (both print and electronic) for freshmen, transfer students, school counselors, and family members through all stages of the admissions process. (E) Assists the Director of Marketing and the Dean of Enrollment & Director of Admissions in designing and developing new print and electronic marketing collateral for the Admissions Office. (E) Coordinates with the university's marketing department on developing and managing a social media strategy for prospective and admitted students. Oversees all admissions-related content. (E) Monitors all admissions web pages to ensure content is up-to-date and accurate; revises content as needed. (E) Reviews and revises all printed admission letters and marketing collateral annually. (E) Manages inventory of all printed marketing collateral. (E) Assists with planning, organization, and implementation of both on- and off-campus recruiting events for prospective undergraduate students, parents, secondary school counselors and other individuals or organizations involved with the college selection process. (E) Provides counsel and service to prospective students inquiring about admission to the university. (E) Reviews completed freshmen and transfer application files for admission. (E) Promotes and maintains continued cooperation with other administrative offices that are integrated with the admissions process. (E) Demonstrates civility and professional, customer-service oriented behavior, worthy of emulation by other staff and students. (E) Responsible for contributing to the WSU Strategic Plan. (E) Responsible for contributing to Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action objectives. Performs other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Requirements: Required Qualifications:</p> <p>Ability to travel, and work some evening and weekend hours for recruitment purposes. Valid driver's license. Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written. Outstanding interactive skills; ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals and groups. High energy, enthusiasm, and creativity. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to perform the essential responsibilities of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree. Experience in admissions or higher education. Experience with Salesforce/TargetX software programs.</p> <p>Additional Information: This is a full-time, benefited, exempt, professional APA position.
