<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Fidelity's Enterprise Infrastructure Distributed Compute and Storage Team is looking for a Director, Infrastructure Security, to design, develop and work with our engineering teams to implement a comprehensive security strategy covering compute and storage platforms across datacenter and cloud environments.</p> <p>The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, (STEM degree)</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years' experience in IT across a broad range of technologies</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years specific experience in working in technology security, with a focus on server and storage infrastructure technologies</p> </li><li> <p>Directly interacting with technology business partners and managing expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to effectively work in a global team environment characterized by rapid change and high availability targets (24x7 operations and support)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise products and solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with supporting internal and external audits</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of industry security standards and frameworks e.g. NIST, ISO, SOC</p> </li><li> <p>Good interpersonal and team skills across all organization levels and multiple organizations</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative approach to gain consensus and support</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously</p> </li><li> <p>Organizational and planning skills in a 24x7 environment</p> </li><li> <p>Good co-ordination and delegation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication and presentation skills</p> </li></ul> <p>The Team</p> <p>Distributed Compute & Storage is part of Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations (EI&O). We are responsible for delivering highly secure, stable, cost effective and performant compute and storage solutions to Fidelity's application and database teams, enabling them to deliver world class financial solutions to our customers.
