Additional duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Core Data Responsibilities - Items </li><li>Execute data entry and maintenance of core data within Chefs' systems. </li><li>Manage Item Platform, adhering to timing expectations. </li><li>Data quality review and upkeep. </li><li>Core Data Responsibilities - Suppliers </li><li>Execute data entry and maintenance of core data within Chefs' systems. </li><li>Execute accounting update requirements. </li><li>Data quality review and upkeep. Ad hoc Reports and Projects </li><li>Execute assigned reports and projects including but not limited to: </li><li>Integration Support </li><li>E-Commerce Data requests </li><li>Supply Chain IT/tool Testing </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration with:</p> <ul> <li>Category Management: Collaborate to execute requests. </li><li>Purchasing: Collaborate to ensure data accuracy. </li><li>Operations: Coordinate to ensure operational data sets are maintained. </li><li>Sales: Coordinate to execute data requests </li><li>Logistics: Coordinate to ensure logistics requirements are upkept. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Education and/or Experience: </li><li>Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year college or university </li><li>1 - 4 Years Supply Chain, Finance or Data Entry Experience </li><li>Previous food service distribution and/or food importing experience preferred </li><li>Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, ERP System, etc.) </li><li>Competencies and/or Attributes: </li><li>Must be a team player with a positive attitude. </li><li>Excellent verbal/written communication skills </li><li>Highly comfortable with technology; JD Edwards experience a plus </li><li>Self-starter, professional, goal oriented and able to handle multiple tasks. </li><li>Must have a sense of urgency and be able to excel </li><li>Flexible with the ability to work well with all departments. </li></ul> <p>The above job description is not an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
