<p>Division: Environmental Health</p> <p>Administrative Specialist I, Full-time #932</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the Division of Environmental Health. Under general supervision, performs work of moderate to complex difficulty primarily in the food protection program involving typing, filing, electronic imaging, processing applications and permits, data-entry, answering phones and assisting the general public by providing non-technical information and/or documents and other general clerical duties. This position requires good communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other computer software. Comfortable in a fast paced, high volume, multi-tasking workplace.
