Apply today!</p> <p>DESCRIPTION OF WORK</p> <p>As a Real Estate Appraisal Reviewer, you will review Real Estate and Machinery & Equipment appraisals submitted by field units in an assigned area and provide technical guidance in assuring conformance to accepted appraisal techniques and requirements. Assignments are received in broad outline and completed work is reviewed in order to ensure that results are in adherence to established policies and procedures and in conformance with Pub. 378 Right of Way manual.</p> <p>You will make determinations of compensable elements of damages that are normally made along with, before, and after values, and estimates of damages. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of appraisal review functions as described in Chapter 2 of Pub. 378, the Right of Way Manual, as you will be tasked with performing appraisal reviews and other related responsibilities within a specified area. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
