<p>What We Look For...</p> <p>We are seeking a rockstar Bartender who can professionally handcraft cocktails, maintain a clean, organized bar while serving customers, and servers in a professional, positive and energetic manner, and . The ideal candidate should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.</p> <p>The Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar. </li><li>Mixes ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. </li><li>Complete drink orders using proper levels of alcohol, always using pre-measured shot glass. </li><li>Assist with beverage recipes, creating signature items for the bar and lounge. </li><li>Assist with bar inventory. </li><li>Provides full dinner service at the bar with appropriate food knowledge. </li></ul> <p>The Model Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1- 2 years previous restaurant and/or bartending experience required. </li><li>TIPS/RBS Certification Required </li><li>Must be available to work weekends and holidays. </li></ul> <p>Radiate Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity Employer - we welcome applicants of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities.</p>
