During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Greets guests according to service standards. </li><li>Explains Rivers Casino parking and retrieval procedure to ensure guest satisfaction. </li><li>Responds to guest request for casino related information such as property amenities, special events and promotions. </li><li>Strives to answer the valet phone within 3 rings and maintain professional telephone etiquette. </li><li>Maintains proper storage and labeling of guest keys and tags. </li><li>Opens and closes vehicle doors upon arrival and departure. </li><li>Parks arriving vehicles and retrieves parked vehicles. </li><li>Completes accident reports. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>One or more years of related experience or training preferred. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and driving record must meet driver eligibility requirements of Rivers Casino's insurance policy. </li><li>Able to drive vehicles with automatic or manual shift transmissions. </li><li>Ability to communicate with team members and guests. </li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to sprint to/from vehicles. </li><li>Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; sit, stand, walk and run. </li><li>Occasionally must lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. </li></ul>
