<p>Title: Provider Enrollment Specialist (Remote)</p> <p>Reports to: VP Client Success</p> <p>FLSA Classification: NonExempt</p> <p>Full-Time</p> <p>Salary Range: $22 to $27</p> <p>Position Overview: As an Enrollment Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure that payer enrollments are submitted timely, and follow-up is done regularly until assigned tasks are completed. This involves working directly with physicians/staff, maintaining notes and documentation in credentialing system, and master spreadsheet.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating all managed care credentialing activities to ensure provider participationstatus;credentialingactivitiesrequiresubstantialcontactwithoutsideagencies </li><li>Preparingcredentialingandre-credentialingapplicationsonbehalfofprovidersfor submission to managed care companies and other agencies </li><li>Maintainingnecessarylogs,lists,records,andcurrentdocumentationrequiredfor provider credentialing and re-credentialing </li><li>Verifying physician/provider information for managed care plans including communicationwithhealthplanrepresentativesandotherstaffasnecessary </li><li>Following up with managed care companies to ensure expedient credentialing </li><li>Preparingandcompletingapplications,linklettersandspreadsheetstomanaged care organization specifications </li><li>Maintainingrelationshipswithexternalmanagedcareorganizationandclientsasrequired </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Skills and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Highlyself-motivated,preferablywithsomeexpertiseinthehealthcarephysician credentialing,expirablemanagement, re-credentialing, provider enrollment environment, or medical industry in general </li><li>Success-drivenandresults-oriented,withtheabilitytoimplementandmanage cross-functional projects </li><li>Proficiencywithcredentialingsystemsandabilitytolearnnewsystems/processesquickly </li><li>Abilitytointeracteffectivelywithavarietyofpeople(includingphysicians&medical staff offices) </li><li>Provide highest level of customer service for both internal and externalcustomers </li><li>Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,alongwithstrongpresentationand client interaction skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks andprojects </li><li>Accuratediscernmentonwhentoactindependentlyandwhentoaskforguidance and/orassistance </li><li>Consistentlydemonstrateflexibility,acustomer-focus,terrificorganizationalskills and a passion for details </li></ul> <p>Requirements/Qualifications:</p> <p>Additional information:</p> <p>Coronis Health is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all employees are treated fairly and with respect.
