Assist with program development and community programs. Practice in collaboration with other members of an interdisciplinary team.</p> <p>Does this position require Patient Care?</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Direct care is provided to clients, including evaluation, assessment, treatment intervention, and referrals from other health care professionals as needed and per established guidelines. </li><li>Documentation of client progress and injuries witnessed and assessed is completed per center guidelines. </li><li>Client teaching is provided as appropriate. </li><li>Attend staff teaching and in-services to support the achievement of stated performance expectations. </li><li>Assigned program activities are delivered to meet quality and outcome goals. </li><li>Be informed of the latest trends in health, nutrition, fitness and exercise. </li><li>Enforces club policies and procedures, as appropriate. </li><li>Administrative and client-based services and activities as directed by the supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education Associate's Degree Exercise Specialist preferred or Bachelor's Degree Kinesiology preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
