<p>What you'll do...</p> <p>Position: Sr. Product Mgr, Fulfillment, Innovation & Automation</p> <p>Job Location: 702 S.W. 8th St., Bentonville, AR 72716</p> <p>Duties: Own product roadmap of key feature rollouts for automation product team and scaled using MVP approach working in close collaboration with other teams wherever required like Inbound, Outbound, Integration teams ensuring seamless execution. Identified ways to iteratively optimize the product. Ensure all bug fixes & features planned for the site are groomed as per expectation partnering with engineer onsite (with Observations, expected behavior etc.) before moved to a development sprint. Manage end-to-end testing in the test environment for each release which includes testing of testable bug fixes and key feature in that release to eliminate production deployment risks. Support weekly deployment of Automation Product being Onsite by executing smoke test. Produce post-deployment reports in collaboration with automation vendors which includes bug & feature validations. Single point of contact for product concerns and questions for Operations, supported cross-functional product team assisting in discovery and answering open questions to complete story documentation. Partner with onsite automation engineers to continuously improve the automation system metrics. Engage with the onsite automation vendor team to ensure each problem tickets and incidents has clear ownership and next steps by driving problem tickets and incidents resolution and created vendor quick wins. Deep dive system issues onsite and documented observations onsite for intake and drove prioritization. Work with system support team to produce weekly report on impacting incidents and key stability metrics. Deliver "Perfect Orders" for Walmart customers by achieving OTS (On-time shipment) and OTD (On-time delivery) targets of 99% and 95%, respectively. Position may work at various unanticipated Walmart locations throughout the U.S.</p> <p>Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in product management or a related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 4 years of experience in product management or a related field.</p> <p>Skills required: Must have experience with: Creating warehouse automation process flows for build upgrades, FSD (functional spec document) updates, and documentation of site activities reducing end to end upgrade time; Building warehouse implementation test plans, test cases along with testing using Postman and Sandboxing tools; Finalizing feature upgrades for a successful end-end deployment of new releases; Building customized dashboards using Tableau and SQL queries for warehouse execution improvements; Executing warehouse robotic simulations using Robocop Simulator and justifying proposed business solution/key performance Indicator (KPI) Improvement; Designing improvement plans and identifying bottlenecks to improve Warehouse Units per hour (UPH); Conceptualizing warehouse slotting using custom made Excel Macro and leading slotting strategic implementation; Designing and mapping warehouse design using Blue Yonder warehouse design software; Optimizing existing process by identifying process/KPI gap by doing time studies comparing physical and systematic warehouse management flows/ systems; Creating Omnichannel tailored solution sets by identifying pain points of end customer warehouse; Conducting post deployment, end-to-end warehouse smoke testing along with validations of bugs and feature requirements; Influencing and training warehouse operations about new and current warehouse management system/Warehouse tools/wh automation software changes and use cases. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.</p> <p>Salary Range: $90,000 - $180,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.?
