Identify and implement continuous improvement to these protocols to enhance Company-wide efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Identify and implement continuous improvement to our protocols to enhance Company-wide efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Focus to building healthy, communicative relationships with co-workers, clients, and others. </li></ul> <p>We are looking for someone who:</p> <ul> <li>Has a 2 year associate degree or equivalent preferred </li><li>A minimum of 3 years customer service or related experience performing order entry along with some shipping/receiving/inventory experience. </li><li>Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li><li>Has PC and general office skills and a minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing environment and international customer service role, bilingual (Spanish preferred) a plus, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, strong interpersonal skills. </li><li>Must have the ability to multi-task, excellent phone skills and organizational skills. </li><li>Has the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or comments from Sales, Service or the customer base. Ability to use clear, concise written communication </li></ul> <p>What we offer you:</p> <p>Typical pay is $46,945 57,503 annually.</p> <p>Please note the pay information shown above is a general guideline.
