We are looking for a reliable Gym Attendant to help maintain a clean and safe workout environment and assist with various gym activities.</p> <p>Summary of the position</p> <p>Gym Attendants are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workout environment and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for setting up and tearing down rentals, such as volleyball, basketball, and pickleball.</p> <p>Compensation for this position will reflect a increased rate effective January 5th, 2026.</p> <p>Normal Shift: Morning position available: 4:45 a.m.-10:00 a.m.</p> <p>A second role provides flexible 4-5 hour shifts scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the fitness and gymnasiums areas are clean and well-maintained. </li><li>Assist with member inquiries, </li><li>Ensure guests adhere to department and facility policies </li><li>Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to management. </li><li>Assist fitness instructors and personal trainers with class setups and equipment needs. </li><li>Foster a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all members. </li><li>Assist with fitness and athletic events as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications or desired qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 16 years of age. </li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings/mornings, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs. on a regular basis. </li><li>Ability to perform work functions with minimal supervision. </li></ul> <p>This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to a positive and energetic gym environment.</p> <p>This position is open until filled, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
