You will create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and guests while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Greet and assist clients and visitors in person and by phone in a professional, friendly manner</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple phone lines and route inquiries efficiently</p> </li><li> <p>Provide administrative support, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Preparing and organizing reports and documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic and physical records</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with mail, correspondence, and document management</p> </li><li> <p>Support staff with clerical and administrative tasks as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the coordination and set-up of small office events and luncheons</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times</p> </li></ul> <p>You will come to work each day knowing you are supported by a collaborative team that values your contributions and success.
