The Service Dispatcher will ensure efficient scheduling, optimized technician routing, and exceptional customer service by handling service requests received via phone, email, or our request portal. Candidates must have experience with ServiceTitan and a background in service-related roles, preferably in HVAC or plumbing.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Dispatch Operations: Efficiently schedule and dispatch service technicians to commercial client sites, ensuring prompt responses to HVAC and plumbing service requests while optimizing resource allocation.</p> </li><li> <p>Scheduling and Planning: Develop and adjust daily technician schedules to accommodate emergency service calls, preventive maintenance, and new installations, ensuring seamless operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing service requests, providing job status updates, and resolving inquiries or concerns promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Routing Optimization: Utilize ServiceTitan to optimize technician routes, minimizing travel time and maximizing productivity.</p> </li><li> <p>Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with technicians, clients, and internal teams to align expectations and ensure smooth operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation and Reporting: Accurately log service requests, work orders, and job progress in ServiceTitan.
