Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide accurate testing estimates during daily scrum calls. </li><li>Document and execute test scenarios by identifying specific scenarios and writing test scripts using Business Driven Development. </li><li>Utilize test automation tools (Selenium/Cucumber/) for efficient and timely end-to-end test execution, requiring previous experience in automated testing. </li><li>Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups. </li><li>Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects and share information with team members for validation before implementation. </li><li>Monitor and report testing defects and manage the re-testing process. </li><li>Validate and present test results for internal sign-off. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services </li><li>3+ years of experience with Manual/Automation testing </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud </li><li>Experience in Agile project delivery </li><li>Experience defining requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts with a strong understanding of testing processes. </li><li>Experience managing multiple projects and personnel to meet stakeholder expectations, while building and nurturing relationships across business lines and locations. </li><li>Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques </li><li>Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a technology related field </li><li>Experience with functional and regression testing within the Financial Services industry. </li><li>Working understanding of public cloud </li></ul>
