<p>We are looking for</p> <p>A Communication System Engineer for our Aerospace division site in Haifa, to lead the development and integration of communication systems for UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles). In this role you will take part in cutting-edge communication technologies that play a critical role in command and control of unmanned aerial platforms. This is your opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team working on complex, meaningful systems that make a real impact</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Lead the development, integration and validation of complex communication systems, including Line of Sight (LOS) and Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS), used for command and control of unmanned aerial platforms</p> <p>Own the full system lifecycle end-to-end: from solution definition and requirements, through detailed system design, integrations, ground tests and flight trials</p> <p>Support verification, testing and performance qualification processes in operational environments</p> <p>Support deployment and sustainment of communication systems at customer sites in Israel and abroad</p> <p>Work closely with multidisciplinary interfaces including engineering, development, testing and customers</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Physics</p> <p>Proven experience in system engineering and/or development of multidisciplinary communication systems - Advantage</p> <p>Experience in integration and deployment of Data Link systems in complex environments</p> <p>Experience in reading, analyzing and interpreting ICD (Interface Control Document) for communication systems</p> <p>In-depth knowledge of RF systems, antennas, RF test equipment and link budget analysis</p> <p>Familiarity with satellite communication systems - Advantage</p> <p>Strong system-level thinking and integrative approach</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in multi-interface teams</p> <p>Willingness to travel abroad according to project needs</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
