<p>Summary of Position:</p> <p>The Network Integration Finance team is responsible for adding customer charges for invoicing, confirming the accuracy of those charges, auditing vendor invoices and approving vendor payments.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Audit vendor invoices for accuracy, disputing incorrect invoices with vendors via email or phone. </li><li>Create customer accounts for Network Integration ensuring they are set up correctly for invoicing. </li><li>Enter and review customer charges accurately </li><li>Enter and maintain customer contracted pricing </li><li>Assist in compiling and maintaining reports for department. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Analytical ability </li><li>Highly organized </li><li>Great attention to detail </li><li>Ability to focus for long periods of time </li><li>Work well independently </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel </li><li>Experience with SQL </li><li>Finance experience </li></ul> <p>Granite delivers advanced communications and technology solutions to businesses and government agencies throughout the United States and Canada.
