Our modular and scalable enterprise imaging solutions allow healthcare providers to grow from ology to ology, while our encrypted communication systems protect the most sensitive information for customers around the world.</p> <p>About the position As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, delivering, and supporting enterprise imaging solutions that meet the complex needs of healthcare organizations. You'll work closely with Sales, Deployment, and Product Development to align our offerings with customer workflows, especially those involving encounter-based imaging.</p> <p>As a Solutions Engineer, you will: Design & Deliver tailored enterprise imaging solutions that align with complex clinical workflows and healthcare IT environments. Lead Technical Strategy in pre-sales efforts-developing solution architectures, supporting sales site visits, and assisting in customer-facing presentations. Support RFPs by working closely with the sales team to complete technical responses-especially those related to enterprise imaging, infrastructure, and workflow design. Guide Deployments by reviewing system designs, validating infrastructure, and ensuring technical readiness ahead of implementation. Drive Workflow Innovation by advising on encounter-based imaging designs for POCUS, Eye Care, Dermatology, Wound Care, and similar specialties. Own Optimization by identifying performance improvements and incorporating best practices and emerging technologies. Bridge Teams by translating customer needs into technical solutions and coordinating with internal stakeholders across departments. Enable Growth through internal technical training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing. Represent Sectra at industry conferences, sales meetings, and customer engagements-building trust through technical credibility. Travel up to 50%, including occasional weekends, to support critical pre-sales and readiness activities.</p>
