Position will utilize SAP S4/HANA accounting software, Advantage and other programs/customer portals.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Handling credit and collections for separate entities (US and Canada) and customers </li><li>Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers </li><li>Researching customer discrepancies and past due amounts in a timely manner and working with customer(s) to resolve </li><li>Identifying delinquent accounts by regularly reviewing A/R aging and customer account balances </li><li>Adhering to company and departmental policy and procedures </li><li>Utilizing S4/Hana, customer portals and other applications to properly match customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivables </li><li>Performing other A/R related duties such as customer account reconciliations, month end activities, customer research, etc. </li></ul> <p>ABOUT YOU</p> <ul> <li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail </li><li>Ability to interact professionally with customers </li><li>Experience using SAP desirable but not essential </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS</p> <p>We care about work/life balance at OUP.
