This position will be in-office Monday- Friday 9:30 am-6:00 pm.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:</p> <ul> <li>Be responsible for data entry of customer account information for one or more of the following: Checking, Savings, Safety Deposit Boxes, Installment Loans, Check Reserves, Commercial Loans, Charge offs, ATM, Debit and Credit Cards, submitted by branches. </li><li>Maintain accounts by performing various updates such as name and address changes, adding and deleting signers and card (ATM, Debit and Credit) requests. </li><li>Maintain standardization of the Customer Information Files (CIF) dictated by policy and procedures determined by the company. </li><li>Handle telephone customer service calls from branches and other departments for input of various application data and changes. </li><li>Correspond with clients or bank personnel on various items processed. </li><li>Be responsible for producing, tracking and monitoring reports. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some data entry, typing or ten key or other directly related experience. </li><li>Basic knowledge of 10 key, data entry, typing, pc's and customer service skills. </li><li>Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE! </li><li>Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance </li><li>Health Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA) and dependent care accounts </li><li>Paid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO) and 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and any applicable state holidays </li><li>401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experience </li><li>Mental health benefits including coaching and therapy sessions </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualifying employees enrolled in an accredited degree program related to the needs of the business, maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, employees are eligible for the program upon hire </li><li>Employee Ambassador preferred banking products </li></ul> <p>Pay range (depending on experience): $18.00-$25.00</p>
