<p>SHIFT: 6:00A-2:30P M-F</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Assists in the cleaning and general upkeep of the various buildings of PRHC. Performs daily responsibilities of cleaning while functioning as the supervisor of the Environmental Services staff members. Responsible for the overall quality of the cleaning services. Assists manager in daily oversight of the department.</p> <p>Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Must have knowledge of or ability to learn cleaning techniques and infection control practices. </li><li>Supervisory experience preferred. Supervisory aptitude must be demonstrates if no prior experience. </li><li>Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and meet satisfactory motor vehicle record requirements. </li><li>Must maintain and provide proof of his/her own auto insurance policy. </li><li>Must have some computer skills and be comfortable with Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel. </li><li>Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personnel. </li><li>Ability to operate floor care equipment. </li><li>Ability to learn with minimal direction. </li><li>Ability to work independently. </li><li>Ability to work at a steady and quick pace. </li><li>Ability to direct others. </li></ul>
