<p>The Barback - Terrace/Fireside will support bartenders and ensure the bar operates efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure bars and side work areas are appropriately stocked and cleaned. </li><li>Maintain par levels for all bar stock by withdrawing items from the warehouse, accurately recording stock items taken. </li><li>Completes all shift side work requirements. </li><li>Continuously maintains an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members. </li><li>Ensure adherence to health department standards of labeling and rotating stock of fresh ingredients including juice, syrups, fresh fruit and herbs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 21 years of age. </li><li>Alcohol Awareness card required. </li><li>Minimum 1-year previous barback experience is preferred. </li><li>Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time. </li><li>Be able to work any day of the week as well as any shift. </li><li>Excellent customer relations and communication skills. </li><li>Able to speak and understand English. </li></ul>
