<p>The Operational Lead, Parts Process & Parts Pricing is responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive strategy of parts throughout the service and collision organizations internally and externally. This strategy will focus on parts benchmarking, pricing, process improvements, channel planning, shipping, logistics, and more. This role will collaborate and work closely with cross functional teams to implement this strategy across the entire Tesla service/collision network.</p> <ul> <li>Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance KPI performance at service and collision centers </li><li>Handle daily part price escalation, addressing missing or incorrect part prices, and maintain part pricing with the finance team for all vehicle models (including upcoming models) </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to benchmark and maintain part pricing </li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert in parts processes, driving the development and implementation of best practices and quality standards </li><li>Previous experience at Tesla in a parts-related role, with a strong understanding of the parts system and inventory management, preferred </li><li>Proven leadership in team training, coaching, and project management, with strong communication skills across organizational levels </li><li>Proficiency in Excel; SQL experience is a plus. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. </li></ul>
