<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Centrus Energy is seeking a Senior Director of Finance to lead our financial strategy, refined business processes and operations at a pivotal time in our company's growth. This role is equal parts strategist and operator-you'll oversee financial planning, reporting, and assist in business processes change while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving fiscal discipline across the business. You'll partner with senior leadership to shape long-term strategy, optimize capital allocation, and ensure Centrus continues to deliver value for our stakeholders.</p> <p>We'd Love to Hear From People With:</p> <p>You'll lead corporate financial planning and analysis, while working directly alongside the CAO to refine and dictate financial reporting business process changes, assist in budget development, and forecasting to guide executive decision-making. You'll oversee preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, GAAP standards, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. You'll partner closely with business units to provide actionable financial insights, manage risk, and drive cost efficiencies. As a key leader, you'll also mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, strengthening capabilities in analytics, reporting, and operational finance. Above all, you'll act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership team-helping shape the company's financial strategy for today and the future.</p> <p>We'd Love to Hear From People With:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field </li><li>12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with 5+ years in a senior management role </li><li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance </li><li>Experienced in support function platform evolution, testing, and roll out planning </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in corporate FP&A, budgeting, capital planning, and financial risk management </li><li>Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams </li></ul> <p>A Successful Candidate Brings:</p> <ul> <li>CPA or CFA certification </li><li>Master's degree or MBA </li><li>Experience in the energy, manufacturing, or government contracting sectors </li><li>Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and advanced financial modeling tools </li><li>Experience partnering with investor relations or supporting board-level reporting </li></ul>
