<p>Legacy Finishing Systems is looking to expand its team with experienced foreman plasterers.</p> <ul> <li>LOCATION - no home base, you go where the jobs are - requires travel around the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati areas. </li><li>Candidates must have reliable transportation! </li><li>No background check required. </li><li>Must pass drug screen. </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the US. Legacy participates in E-Verify. </li><li>Must have high school diploma or GED </li><li>Must join union. </li><li>PREFERRED - Hawk and trowel knowledge </li><li>PREFERRED - Experience with plaster </li><li>PREFERRED - Knowledge of plaster mixing </li></ul> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings, using trowels, brushes, or spray guns </li><li>Set up scaffolds </li><li>Apply weatherproof, decorative coverings to exterior surfaces of buildings, such as by troweling or spraying on coats of stucco. </li><li>Clean and prepare surfaces for applications of plaster, cement, stucco, or similar materials, such as by drywall taping. </li><li>Mix substances or compounds needed for work activities. </li><li>Mold or install ornamental plaster pieces, panels, or trim. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by foreman. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 75 lbs. occasionally. Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces as needed. </li><li>Basic hand tool knowledge </li><li>Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately </li></ul>
