<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Respond to calls and e-mails from advisors and clients regarding life insurance, annuities, LTC, and disability insurance.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist, review, submit and follow up on:</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li> <p>Title Changes: Ownership, POA, Beneficiary changes & Third party authorization</p> </li><li> <p>Agent of record changes, licensing, product, carrier requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Claims on life, annuity, LTC & LTC</p> </li><li> <p>Perform policy reviews</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with ACATs, withdrawals & surrenders</p> </li><li> <p>Run and request in force illustrations</p> </li><li> <p>EFT/modal changes</p> </li><li> <p>Reinstatements</p> </li><li> <p>Conversions</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in completing forms</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to customer requests in timely manner, provide information and resolve problems</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other tasks as assigned by management</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>College degree or equivalent workforce experience </li><li>Previous one year life and/or annuity insurance experience is preferred </li><li>Knowledge of life and annuity insurance products and industry is preferred </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills </li><li>Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality </li><li>Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to balance multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision </li><li>Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to determine the appropriate action </li><li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality </li><li>Demonstrated reliability in attendance and work performance </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Ability and Willingness to learn systems and industry </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Existing insurance license or willingness to obtain insurance license within 6 months of employment </li></ul>
