<p>Description</p> <p>Job Title: Territory Sales Representative</p> <p>Location: Waco, Texas (Field-Based - In and Around the Waco Area)</p> <p>Pay: Hourly + Uncapped Commission</p> <p>Type: Long-Term Contract</p> <p>Eligibility: U.S. Citizens or Green Card Holders Only (per client requirements)</p> <p>(W2 ONLY - NO C2C)</p> <p>Due to client requirements, US Citizen or GC Holder ONLY</p> <p>Join our fast-paced, high-volume enterprise team as a Territorial Business Development Representative and play a key role in supporting our real estate clients with essential energy and homeland security services.</p> <p>This is more than a sales role, it's an opportunity to run your own territory like a business. If you thrive on autonomy, love relationship-building, and enjoy planning networking events and client meetings, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a Sales Account Manager for real estate industry clients across your assigned territory (Waco, Austin, and Temple Texas) </li><li>Build and grow a referral network by engaging with realtors, brokerages, and local partners. </li><li>Attend community events, real estate meetings, and networking functions to represent our services and build brand awareness. </li><li>Make regular in-person visits to partnered offices to maintain visibility and strengthen relationships. </li><li>Report to the local office daily to collaborate with internal teams and align on goals. </li><li>Execute sales strategies and drive local market engagement. </li><li>Stay organized with CRM tracking, activity reporting, and client documentation. </li><li>Represent the company at open houses and industry events as a field marketing ambassador. </li><li>Meet or exceed performance goals while delivering top-tier service to clients and partners. </li><li>Continuously participate in training and development to enhance skills and stay aligned with business priorities. </li></ul> <p>Skill Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A self-starter mindset, you treat your territory like your own business. </li><li>Passion for people and relationship building. </li><li>Enjoyment in planning client meetings, coffee chats, or networking events. </li><li>Strong time-management and organizational skills. </li><li>A high-energy, positive attitude and strong work ethic. </li><li>Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development is a plus (especially in real estate, energy, or field-based roles). </li></ul> <p>Background Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a Territory Sales, Territory Marketing, Account Manager, or Business Development role. </li><li>Proven history of traveling, visiting, or commuting to multiple client or vendor locations as part of your daily responsibilities. </li><li>Skilled in creating tailored resources or marketing materials for clients, vendors, or customers. </li><li>Strong passion for understanding market trends, analytics, and logistics to make informed, data-driven decisions. </li><li>Proficient in aligning product or service offerings to match demographic needs and behaviors. </li></ul>
