<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>In the Lab Tech role, you will complete performance testing and provide feedback to Operations and</p> <p>Quality. The role will be required to summarize information, respond to suspect material conditions, and</p> <p>coordinate with Quality auditing and engineering to ensure compliance to performance and inspection</p> <p>standards.</p> <p>YOUR ROLE:</p> <p>Use inspection equipment to analyze raw materials and finished products.</p> <p>Conduct performance testing for PE decking and PVC products to support Production</p> <p>Maintain laboratory equipment and accurate work records</p> <p>Perform ad hoc testing as needed to Support Production, R&D and Quality</p> <p>Perform incoming inspections for raw materials</p> <p>Support compliance requirements under direction of Quality Engineer and/ or Quality Analyst II</p> <p>Generate technical reports summarizing work performed and results obtained</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>High school diploma or GED</p> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Previous Manufacturing experience with gages</p> <p>American Society of Quality Certified Quality Technician or related</p> <p>Experience with Excel VBA</p> <p>Experience with Minitab software</p> <p>Experience with gage studies</p> <p>Trade school certificate in Machining, Metrology or related field</p>
