You will oversee all aspects of the finance function, including FP&A, client finance, pricing, and financial risk management, and collaborate with key stakeholders such as the Regional Pricing Committee, Practice Finance teams, and North America Practice Leaders to deliver on shared goals.</p> <p>This role involves ensuring seamless integration with centrally managed activities (e.g., Tax, Treasury, Controllership) and acting as a strategic thought partner to regional leaders. Leading the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent, you will foster a collaborative, client-focused culture committed to professional excellence.</p> <p>Based in a U.S. office, this role requires significant regional travel (4-6 times per year) and occasional global travel (1-2 times per year). You will bring your strategic thinking and collaborative leadership to this impactful role, driving growth and operational excellence while making a meaningful difference.</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 15 years of broad-based, senior financial leadership experience in highly sophisticated, global professional or financial services environments. Broad knowledge and experience of accounting, financial operations, corporate finance, risk management, and financial & operational control. Some exposure to treasury and tax issues. Experience operating at the most senior levels of an organization. Experience leading large & global teams.
