This position is scheduled as 3-4 days in office after on-site training for the first 6 months.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Client Services Accountant will oversee daily bookkeeping tasks, general ledger activities </li><li>Address client inquiries and resolve any accounting-related issues in a timely manner </li><li>Prepare financial reports quarterly and annual statements </li><li>Develop budgets and financial forecast for clients </li><li>As a Client Services Accountant, you will assist with audits and tax returns preparation </li><li>Prepare wire transfers/ACH for distributions, loan advances and payments, obtaining appropriate approvals </li><li>Work closely with Leadership and other third-party firms* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field </li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities </li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles </li><li>Software: Microsoft Excel or any accounting software experience </li><li>Excellent mathematical skills </li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Go-Getter attitude; Ability to step in and handle activities that need more attention </li></ul>
