This role oversees the core infrastructure, technology systems, and processing operations that support the full enrollment lifecycle-from prospect to matriculation. The Senior Director will drive process improvements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure data-driven decision-making to meet institutional enrollment goals.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education:</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree in higher education administration, business administration, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in admissions or enrollment operations</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated success in managing teams and improving enrollment-related business processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Slate Technolotions), student information systems, and data management tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Skills & Competencies:</p> </li><li> <p>Strong strategic planning, leadership, and organizational abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in enrollment analytics, market research, and forecasting.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Enrollment Leadership & Strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a senior leader in the Enrollment Management division, developing and executing an operational roadmap aligned with institutional goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise and mentor a multi-functional team, including admissions operations, CRM administration, application processing, and transfer credit evaluation.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the primary liaison between Enrollment Operations and institutional stakeholders, including academic units, student services, and IT.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Management</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures for admissions processing, data entry, and communications workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee centralized operations across domestic and international applicant pipelines, ensuring compliance with institutional and federal guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure efficient processing of application materials, transcripts, test scores, and transfer credit evaluations.</p> </li><li> <p>Technology & Systems</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the administration and optimization of the institution's CRM (e.g., Slate Technolutions)</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with campus partners to maintain data integrity, develop reporting tools, and support strategic enrollment analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and implement automation and integration opportunities to improve processing speed and accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Partnership Development and Stakeholder Engagement</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure enrollment practices are compliant with institutional policies, FERPA, and accreditation standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership, tracking application volume, processing benchmarks, and conversion rates.</p> </li></ul> <p>Financial Measures</p> <ul> <li>Oversight of the Enrollment Operations budgets. </li></ul> <p>Supervision</p> <ul> <li>Supervises & leads several teams, including undergraduate & graduate operations teams, CRM administration team, and transfer articulation team. </li></ul> <p>Miscellaneous</p> <ul> <li>Some evening and weekend hours are required. </li></ul>
