This role is accountable for translating SAP's business priorities into connected, outcome-driven digital experiences across SAP.com, SAP Marketplace (Store), and integrated marketing programs.</p> <p>Operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, this leader ensures that each solution area delivers consistent, high-quality, and conversion-oriented experiences across the full customer journey-from awareness through activation.</p> <p>As a people manager, this role is critical to scaling SAP's Experience Management model. By empowering Solution Experience Strategists to operate with clarity, confidence, and accountability, the manager ensures SAP delivers connected, consistent, and high-impact digital experiences across its portfolio. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
