As an Employer of Choice, ID Logistics invests in you by providing a comprehensive benefits program that offers a valuable, affordable benefit plan package that includes medical, dental, vision, employer paid life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, generous paid time off along with other supplemental benefits.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities</p> <p>Responsible for one or more of the following the daily controlling and expediting the flow of inbound and outbound freight or overseeing the flow of loaded breakdown</p> <ul> <li>Projects number of loads to be shipped to each club daily </li><li>Reviews appointment schedules to ensure all appointments on premises are unloaded within two hours L.O.S. </li><li>Coordinates trailer movements utilizing Yard Management System </li><li>Ensures labor coverage as intended required to match daily workload </li><li>Utilizes systems and software for process design and reporting efficiency </li><li>Organizes daily movement of products </li><li>Ensures meeting customer deadlines in receiving and shipping inventories </li><li>Assigns appointments and inbound drops to appropriate doors </li><li>Assigns empty trailers for loading to appropriate Club door </li><li>Assigns inbound trailers to dock doors </li><li>Supervises loading and ensures maximum cubic feet and weight requirements are met </li><li>Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. </li><li>Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Shift: Friday - Sunday 7:00am-7:30pm</p> <p>Wage: $17.00</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education</p> <ul> <li>Forklift Experience, 2- years minimum. </li><li>Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. </li><li>3 year of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment. </li><li>Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods of time. </li><li>Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership. </li></ul>
