<p>This position is 100% onsite and no remote or hybrid option is available at this time.</p> <p>Prioritize and schedule jobs based on an analysis of critical requirements, cell throughput, bottlenecks, and proactive assessment of additional workloads.</p> <p>Analyze the existing material workflow, including releasing reserves, picking, delivering, and releasing Material Transfer Requisitions, to identify opportunities for workflow improvement.</p> <p>Perform analytical and reporting exercises, including time and motion studies, or as required by the supervisors in the Cell.</p> <p>Monitor Kanban levels and create production and withdrawal cards to maintain availability and storage accuracy; release work orders accordingly.</p> <p>Oversee the flow of components and raw materials through various manufacturing cells; issue parts and plans based on pulls or planned orders.</p> <p>Assist in the overall flow of production and materials for assigned cell; facilitate communication between the production floor, purchasing, and engineering team supporting the cell.</p> <p>Identify supply chain issues impacting Cell performance and drive action to restore schedule.</p> <p>Identify process improvements for hardware cycle counts, including bulk materials, as well as enhancements for material storage, such as implementing protective packaging for parts.</p> <p>Maintain the process at the cut-off work center to issue tube and bar stock orders at the time of use.</p> <p>Maintain streamlined process for displaying schedule priorities throughout the Tube processing manufacturing Cell.</p> <p>Assist in optimizing production staging areas.</p> <p>Continuous analysis of shipments to consolidate loads and optimize cost savings.</p> <p>Training staff in relevant processes, including process updates.</p> <p>Ensure that other parties perform IPR and QPR and correct bill of material problems.</p> <p>Review inventory and demand to establish the effectiveness of part number changes for ECROs. (BOM, Demand, & Inventory analysis skills).</p> <p>Conduct analysis in support of ECR/ED activity, identifies incorporation points of changes.
