Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and you'll be tasked with assisting our Director of Transportation and our Director of Warehouse by maintaining schedules, daily calendars, travel arrangements, itineraries, and more. You'll also be asked to take phone calls and messages and coordinate office duties like sorting and distributing mail, copying, filing, faxing, completing forms, ordering and maintaining equipment and supplies, and more.
