Exposure to chemical, electrical, and mechanical hazards. Operates floor machines - battery operated and electric, buffers, scrubbers, and wet vacuums and extractors. Continuous walking and standing. Lifting up to 75 lbs. Carrying up to 40lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 75lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> </li><li> <p>Principal duties involve all major floor care project work including mopping, buffing, stripping, and refinishing floors and vacuuming, shampooing and extracting carpets. Duties also include wall washing.</p> </li></ul>
