<p>Description:</p> <p>We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team and dedicate efforts to recruiting non-exempt roles across the country, primarily the technicians responsible for operating our plants. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruiting process for technician roles across the U.S. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for non-exempt technician roles nationwide. </li><li>Monitor applicant flow and shortlist applicants that meet minimum qualifications. </li><li>Source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels. </li><li>Screen applicants for basic qualifications and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers. </li><li>Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). </li><li>Provide regular updates to the Recruiting Manager, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers on progress. </li><li>Assist with career fairs and other recruiting events as needed. </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. </li><li>Act as vacation relief for recruiting colleagues on an as-need basis. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or sourcing experience. Experience in industrial gases or a similar industry is preferred. </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating and editing spreadsheets, simple formulas). </li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). </li><li>Familiarity with high-volume recruiting in industrial/manufacturing environments. </li></ul> <p>Career Growth:</p> <p>This role is a great opportunity to launch your recruiting career and grow with Linde.
