<p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>This position is considered a Safety-Sensitive position. Applicants who pass the interview process will be subject to drug and alcohol testing.</p> <p>The purpose of this position within the organization is to maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility and surrounding grounds and set-up for activities and meetings.</p> <p>EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to communicate with others in spoken and written English to ensure the safe and efficient operations of the business. </li><li>Maintains and cleans restrooms, drinking fountains and kitchen in a sanitary manner. </li><li>Removes litter and waste paper from inside the building and on the surrounding grounds; cares for and waters plants. </li><li>Replaces soap and paper products in dispensers, sweeps, mops, and waxes floors and stairwells on a routine basis; vacuums and cleans carpets. </li><li>Cleans windows; changes light bulbs and air filters as needed. </li><li>Sets up and takes down for meetings and carries equipment, tables, chairs and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
