Check us out!</p> <p>We are seeking individuals that have excellent verbal communication/customer service skills and attention to detail to work at our corporate office assisting our clients and salon employees by phone with their needs.</p> <p>The call center is open 7 days a week, so weekend availability is required.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent Starting Pay at $20.00 Per Hour. </li><li>Offering a complete benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision, Matched 401(k) Plan, and Life and Disability Insurance) for all employees working over 30 hours/week. </li><li>Full Time employees also receive 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) each year! </li></ul> <p>Customer Service Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serving as the primary point of contact for our employees to provide information, and assist in resolving issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record the details of calls and the actions that were taken.</p> </li><li> <p>Refer any unresolved issues to the Customer Service Manager for investigation and resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform various office tasks such as inventory management, camera reviews, and other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously. </li><li>Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times. </li><li>Be able to work well within a team environment and individually. </li><li>Prior Call Center/Customer Service experience preferred, but not required. </li><li>Must have exceptional attendance and work ethic. </li></ul>
