<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for creating a fun-filled and exciting gaming experience for our guests while supervising and securing their assigned Poker game, per department policies and procedures.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Supervises and secures assigned Poker game according to department policies and procedures </li><li>Maintains game supervision while interacting with the players </li><li>Enforces internal controls, Gaming Commission regulations and poker game procedures </li><li>Greets guests with a smile and friendly welcome and promotes superior guest service </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Rates players accurately and resolves guest issues and concerns promptly and efficiently </li><li>Improve skills of Dealers through training and counseling on a daily basis </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Previous experience as a Poker Floor Supervisor or one year of full-time Poker dealing experience in a high volume, complex casino environment </li><li>Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills </li><li>Ability to efficiently maintain and supervise multiple games </li><li>Knowledge of all department policies, procedures, rules and regulations pertaining to the game </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must attend all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training classes </li><li>Fully understands all Poker rules in The Poker Rule Book and Poker Policy and Procedure Manuel </li><li>Fully understands all gaming rules and regulations </li><li>Required to attend annual CTR/SARC training and refresher courses </li><li>Knowledge of Ascent, EmpowerTime and Manager Self Service systems </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting and loud music and noises </li><li>Must be able to bend, stand and stretch for long periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
