<ul> <li>Please note: resume is required for this position. </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate: $17.50 an hour with $2.00 an hour additional shift differential on swing and grave shift</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews </li><li>Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards </li><li>Order supplies and complete check requests </li><li>Safely pick up and return guests to their vehicles </li><li>Perform manager duties in their absence </li><li>Rent scooters, wheelchairs, walkers to guests </li><li>Answer phones, dispatch Island Ride calls by radio </li><li>Drive fleet vehicles (including vans, small busses, golf carts, and GEM vehicles) transporting guests and team members to various locations on/off property </li><li>Ensure vehicles are fueled and cleaned according to established standards </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <p>Required Knowledge and Certification:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience </li><li>Valid class "D" vehicle operator's license </li><li>2 years supervisory experience in a position working with the public </li></ul> <p>Preferred Knowledge and Certification:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Class "C" Commercial Driver License with passenger endorsement and DOT physical card </li><li>Experience driving small busses, van and golf carts </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Accurate and detail-oriented </li><li>Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities </li><li>Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows </li><li>Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Cash handling </li></ul> <p>Required Abilities :</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene </li><li>Must be able to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner </li><li>Must be able to serve both internal and external customers </li><li>Must be able to control labor and expenses </li><li>Must be able to speak in a clear, concise and pleasant voice </li><li>Must be able to work safely and efficiently </li><li>Must be able to safely operate passenger vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions </li></ul>
