If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</p> <p>The Talent Development Associate will play a key role in supporting Lucid Motors' Learning & Development initiatives at our California Headquarters. This position is responsible for organizing and facilitating weekly New Hire Orientation and coordinating all activities related to training and development. The role includes managing training logistics, communications, vendor relations, procurement, and LMS/intranet content updates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional employee learning experiences.</p> <p>You Will be Responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>New Hire Orientation </li><li>Organize and facilitate weekly New Hire Orientation sessions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. </li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare materials and logistics. </li><li>Training Coordination </li><li>Develop and maintain the training calendar for the California Headquarters. </li><li>Schedule and book training sessions, rooms, and resources. </li><li>Communicate training opportunities and updates to employees and stakeholders. </li><li>Track attendance and outcomes of training sessions and generate reports. </li><li>Vendor & Procurement Management </li><li>Manage contracts and relationships with external training vendors. </li><li>Coordinate procurement of training materials, psychometric assessments, and other resources. </li><li>Track usage and inventory of assessments and tools. </li><li>Content & Systems Management </li><li>Update and maintain training content on the company intranet and Learning Management System (LMS). </li><li>Ensure training materials are current, accessible, and aligned with company standards. </li><li>Support LMS administration including uploading content, managing user access, and reporting. </li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration </li><li>Liaise with HR, Talent Development, and other departments to support learning initiatives. </li><li>Assist in the development of new training materials and programs. </li><li>Provide logistical and administrative support for in-person and virtual training delivery. </li><li>Other Duties </li><li>Maintain accurate training records and contact lists. </li><li>Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director of Talent Development. </li></ul> <p>You'll Have</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or equivalent education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a training coordination or talent development role. </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills. </li><li>Experience with LMS platforms and intranet content management. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. </li><li>Familiarity with psychometric assessments and training evaluation methods. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) a plus. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams. </li></ul> <p>At Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it! The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
