Take advantage of our tuition assistance and scholarship programs to grow both personally and professionally.</p> <p>Inpatient Clinical Coordinator Position Summary</p> <p>The Inpatient Clinical Coordinator coordinates patient care policies, guidelines and procedures for acute care patients through the nursing process. Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of clinical and support activities of the inpatient unit in collaboration with the Medical Director and the Hospitalist team. Coaches, educates and supports the team in accomplishing Unit Goals, desired outcomes and hospital mission.
