<p>The Front Office Admin Lead -- Oncology operates under the direction of the Clinical Director. The position is designed to support the growing needs of the department by providing leadership at the peer level, offering training and coordination of front office workflows, and ensuring consistency in daily operations. The Admin Lead serves as a resource to both leadership and staff, contributing to a high-functioning, patient-centered front office team.</p> <p>Required Knowledge & Skills</p> <p>Education: High School Diploma or GED</p> <p>Experience: Two years of related experience. Acts as a liaison between front office staff and leadership to ensure smooth workflow operations.</p> <p>Scheduling and EMR Support: Maintains advanced working knowledge of Epic. Supports provider scheduling, referral coordination, and front office workflow optimization. Guides the team on system best practices.</p> <p>Customer Service: Functions as an escalation point for patient issues or concerns. Supports service recovery efforts and promotes a positive patient experience through timely and professional communication.</p> <p>Process Improvement: Identifies workflow issues and collaborates with the Manager to develop and implement process improvements. Assists in preparing the department for continued growth.</p> <p>Communication: Supports structured communication through huddles and team meetings. Communicates policy updates and procedural changes to staff clearly and effectively.</p> <p>Training & Mentoring: Provides peer coaching, supports onboarding of new hires, and assists with ongoing competency checks. Reinforces front office standards and expectations.</p> <p>Coordination: Assists in coordinating staff schedules, managing front desk coverage, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.</p> <p>Project and Administrative Support: Participates and collaborates on continuous improvement initiatives as needed.</p> <p>Compliance Statement</p> <p>Employee performs within the prescribed limits of Tanner Health System's Ethics and Compliance program.
