This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial integrity, operational insight, and compliance across the business.</p> <p>How You'll Make an Impact</p> <ul> <li>Analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness. </li><li>Support monthly close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliation of financial results. </li><li>Develop, review, and maintain forecasts and outlooks, providing clear explanations of drivers and risks. </li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal control requirements, and financial reporting policies. </li><li>Support key financial processes including controlling, reporting, and forecasting activities. </li><li>Partner with cross functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decision making. </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements within finance operations and reporting. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics & Math's, with 2+years' work experience. </li><li>Understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and internal controls. </li><li>Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred. </li><li>Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail. </li><li>Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
