<p>AHMG Health Optimization Center - Orlando</p> <p>Nurse Practitioner, ARNP or Physician Assistant, PA-C</p> <p>Full Time Position</p> <p>Team Collaboration:</p> <p>Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, dietitians, physical therapists, and mental health experts, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care in the following areas:</p> <ul> <li>Exercise Programs: Monitor personalized exercise plans to enhance cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and weight management. </li><li>Nutritional Guidance: Collaborate with dietitians to create tailored dietary plans that address individual metabolic needs. </li><li>Mental Health Support: Partner with mental health professionals to support patients in managing stress, anxiety, and other psychological factors. • ongoing support and motivation. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Skills Required:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, patients, parents and hospital medical staff </li><li>Enthusiastic team player </li><li>Willingness to learn • Flexible, adaptable to change </li><li>Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in developing personalized care plans. </li><li>Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to whole patient care </li></ul> <p>Schedule Details :</p> <ul> <li>Outpatient Schedule: Monday-Friday </li><li>Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM </li><li>Open to flex schedules that include weekends, 4-10hour shifts, and extended hours </li><li>Campus: AH Orlando </li></ul> <p>Required Education/Experience :</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant studies </li><li>Preferred in metabolic health, surgical optimization, cardiology or related fields. </li></ul> <p>Licensure, Certification, and Registration:</p> <ul> <li>Current, valid Florida APRN or PA license or ability to obtain </li><li>ANCC, AANP or NCCPA certification required. </li><li>Current BLS and ACLS </li></ul> <p>Category: Physician Services</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time</p> <p>Req ID: 147644531</p>
