Establishes goals of physical therapy and reassess this patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation.</p> <p>20k Sign-On Bonus!!!</p> <p>Education: Degree in physical therapy from an accredited school.</p> <p>Licenses/Certificates: Physical Therapist South Carolina License. AHA BLS or equivalent certification required. PRPC preferred but not required.</p> <p>Additional Job Description</p> <p>Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, less than one year experience as a physical therapist, and licensure as a Physical Therapist by the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
