<p>Big Night Entertainment Group is currently seeking a Human Resource Intern for Spring 2026!</p> <p>As a Human Resources Intern, a typical day might include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Checking for mail, sorting, distributing, scanning, and filing incoming items </li><li>Scanning employee files and uploading them digitally </li><li>Assisting with bi-weekly paycheck sorting and delivery </li><li>Supporting administrative tasks around the office </li><li>Maintaining the employee bulletin board in the office </li><li>Representing the HR team at company charitable events and assisting when needed </li><li>Other projects as assigned </li></ul> <p>This internship might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be a student currently enrolled at an accredited college or university </li><li>Must provide documentation from school that you will be receiving college credit for internship </li><li>Area of study related to Human Resources preferred </li><li>Must connect internship supervisor with school advisor </li><li>Must be available weekdays and be able to commute to the Boston corporate office </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Must be punctual, organized and detail oriented </li><li>Knowledge of department systems is a plus (ex: Excel, Microsoft, Adobe, Hotschedules, Micros, UKG, LinkedIn, etc.) </li><li>Must be able to keep sensitive information and employment records confidential </li><li>Not afraid to speak up and ask questions </li><li>Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain exceptional work ethic </li><li>Must have a knowledge of the Big Night Brand </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Enthusiastic with can-do attitude.
