When you join our team, you're becoming a part of a mission that transforms lives and builds brighter futures-now and for generations to come.</p> <p>Why LFCS?</p> <ul> <li>Meaningful Work: Your efforts will directly help shape a better world for those who need it most. </li><li>Impactful Mission: Join a team dedicated to creating safety and stability for kids across Missouri. </li><li>A Legacy of Change: Be part of an organization that creates a lasting impact in the communities we serve. </li></ul> <p>Your Role:</p> <ul> <li>Provide and maintain child welfare services, counseling and case management to individuals, families and groups that include birth, foster and adoptive families, within agency policy. </li><li>Build a positive working relationship with clients to meet their goals through regular, consistent, face-to-face or virtual client contact. </li><li>Maintain complete client files, ensures client records are up to date by inputting all necessary progress notes, data, and reports into the required data base in a timely manner on a regular basis. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other Human Behavior Science. </li><li>Two years' experience with Child Welfare, Adoption, Foster Care, community resources and/or care coordinator preferred. </li><li>Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile to meet client direct service expectations in the their homes and in community that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements. </li><li>Passion for making a difference and supporting families through life's challenges. </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
