As a Risk Consulting Intern, you will join a specific team to learn about their functions and the critical work they do in managing and mitigating risks for our clients. Gain Insight into Risk Consulting: Understand the role of risk consultants in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks for clients across various industries. Develop Client Skills: Engage with clients to understand their needs and assist in delivering tailored risk management solutions. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis skills to support risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk management strategies. Complete a Cross-Functional Team Project: Collaborate with team members on a project that culminates in a final presentation to Senior Leadership, showcasing your findings and recommendations. Network with Leaders: Build relationships with leaders across the enterprise to enhance your professional connections and understanding of the business. Engage in a Collaborative Environment: Work in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial setting that encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving. You will report to the Regional Engineering Leader What you'll bring We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Pursuing a degree in Engineering or another similar technical based degree Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership experience with a drive for results. A high level of intellectual capability and curiosity. Passion for solving problems through collaboration and innovation. The salary for this position is USD 24/hour. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience and location.
